The Quality Representative will facilitate the image procurement process between our internal clients (project teams) and external vendors. This includes:Coordination of image procurement requests for global markets working with internal databases and external vendors to collect and obtain imagesMaintains trackers and current project folders updated with most recent project development information for projects which they are assigned as leadCommunicates updates on projects and presents status updates during image procurement meetings with QR team and CI&I NA Operations CoordinatorCommunicates need for follow-up or immediate intervention to CI&I NA Operations CoordinatorCarries out any additional tasks requested by the Operations Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have:Completion of high school diplomaSome post secondary education is preferredExperience in project coordinating or project management is an assetExperience in customer service is an assetWorking knowledge of Google services (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive)Ability to remain focused in an interactive positionExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBilingualism is an assetMust be available to work minimum of 20 hours a week (Monday through Friday)This part time role is available in Ottawa or Montreal. https://jobs.nielsen.com/job/Ottawa-Quality-Representative-ON/480009300/...
