The Employee Relations Representative will provide employee relations support to current field employees and client. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Build positive working relationships with all field employees. Encourage employees to develop skill sets. Build positive working relationship with client. Address, investigate and resolve employee relations. Work with client to address employee relations matters. Provide counsel to client and employees on performance improvement plans. Understand client’s staffing needs. Follow and ensure compliance with all Volt and client policies and procedures are being carried out. Assist in any event coordination. Conduct all on boarding processes including Orientations, Payroll and Benefits. Manage and Conduct Performance Review Process. Ability to arrive to work at a specified time.

I live  very close to the Loyola campus and am looking for a student who lives nearby who can  help with outdoor work as well as small jobs in the house.  They must be hardworking, careful, have high standards, and be well organized and efficient.  They need to have an ability to do small repairs (eg. install simple light fixture, do smooth caulking, small paint jobs, etc), various kinds of garden work, help with lifting and organizing, and they need to be willing to do specific cleaning jobs as required eg cleaning of the deck.The number of hours of work will depend on the skills of the worker and the quality of the work done.  If you are only interested in one of these types of work, this can be discussed.NOTE:  Most of these jobs I used to do myself, however since developing severe chemical sensitivies I need to rely on others to do most maintenance tasks.
