Users can search, compare and buy tickets from hundreds of bus companies in 10,000 cities across 63 countries and 500,000 different bus routes.We're looking for a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate to help build the best bus ticket booking service in the world.You will help build the best travel experience for Busbud customers all over the world. Nothing less. You'll be in charge of customer support, which is our main means of communication with customers. You'll help solve any and all problems our customers might come across. In the process, you'll share your findings with the wider team and with our partners. You'll become THE Busbud customer expert. And as you'll be interacting with all teams (product, engineering, business development, marketing), you'll regularly make recommendations to improve the quality of every aspect of our service. It's a lot to manage, but fear not!
