Hi there! I am looking for a vegetarian roommate to share my meat-free duplex. It's a spacious 2nd floor flat with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, dining room and kitchen. Everything is included like wife, hydro and electricity. The place is located near all amentities, just off of Sherbrooke street ouest. There is an abundance of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores just a  5 minute walk away. A bit about myself: I work with kids at an elementary school in the neighbourhood. I like to cook, do yoga, meditate and study. I plan to do my masters next Spring at McGill. This place is ideal for students or young professionals who are looking for a comfortable home either short or long term. I have cats too! Looking for immediate move-in or Dec. 1st.

The apartment doesn't have a living room or dining room, is consists of three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Also the neighbors are very noise sensitive. If you like parties or noise maybe it's not the best choice.

The room is unfurnished (but I’m interested in selling my furniture because I'm leaving the city).

We also run around the house together close to midnight on Saturday to meet our weekly cleaning deadline. About the neighbourhood Our place is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood 5mins away from Vendome (walking) and 1min47secs (bike). The 138 and 24 bus stops are within walking distance as well as the buses that transit through Vendome. It is ideal for Concordia students. It takes 15-20mins to get to SGW and Loyola. McGill is acessible by the 24 bus within 20-25minutes. We are located close to the Sherbrooke West Street where you can find whatever your need to buy. About the place The place has two levels: six bedrooms, a large dining room, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The room that you are intersted in is located on the first floor. The rent is 370$ + internet (15$). The rent inlcudes electricity, air conditioning, heating and water. The room is unfurnished but the common areas are fully furnished.  We have a washer and dryer in the unit. In terms of groceries, we all buy our own. We have plenty of room in the pantry and we have two large refrigerators. We have designated areas to store our food. House rules Considering that we live in a big house we have agreed to a set of rules and a cleaning system. Everybody is expected to clean designated areas every week on a rotation. We have written rules that are essentially based on common sense and respect.
