Looking for a roommate

0

Hello,

I am a student who will be attending my first year of University at Concordia this upcoming fall, studying Exercise Science. I am from Calgary, Alberta (Go Flames Go (except they were terrible this year (Go Jets Go))). I am also on Team Canada for Paracanoe sprint kayaking and will be away for most of the winter semester for training camps. I have been looking at apartments lately around Concordia and I noticed that most of the better deals are 4 1/2 apartments, and having a roommate would drastically reduce the costs for both me and you! I am not fluent in French but am hoping to learn while I am studying in Montreal. I do not have an apartment yet, however I am moving to Montreal sometime in the beginning of July, so if anyone is moving to Montreal sometime then or not long after and is looking for a roommate, I am your guy! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me. Since I am out of country a bit, my cell number is not always the best way to contact me. You can add me on Facebook (Trintiy Tratch) or on instagram @Trinity_Tratch.

I am retired and can no longer reach parts of my duplex to clean. This is not easy work as it involves cleaning walls and windows, (inside only). If things work out, and you are interested, the job could continue on and off including a bit of gardening and proper cleaning once  a month, but not tthe heavy work of the first time.  I am sensitive to artificial scents so no cologne please.  I live two blocks from Loyola Campus so hours can be decided on to be  mutually convenient.
