The new tenant who will share occupancy with a 24 year old female. The rent is $525.50 CAD per month (due the 1st of each month), insurance included. The date of occupancy is aimed for September 1st, October 1st or November 1st, 2018 until June 30, 2019, and can likely be extended with the landlord. The tenant’s room includes a bed, mattress, covers, pillows, nightstand, lamp and cabinet. Amenities include videotron cable television / high speed unlimited internet, washer/dryer, air conditioner, electricity, cold/hot water, heating. Smoking (of any substance) and pets are forbidden within the apartment. The apartment is located on 6th Avenue in Verdun, at 1 minute walking distance from IGA, 5 minutes from Jean-Coutu, 10 minutes from Verdun metro, 3 minutes from bus stops, 10 minutes from Wellington street (bars, restaurants, groceries, deps, shops, pharmacies, dollarama etc). The street is currently under construction as they are repaving and planting new trees — and should be completed by mid-September 2018. Please have your medicare or driver’s license handy to identify yourself during your visit. Hi everyone, I am currently moving out of my apartment as I'm leaving the country soon to work abroad.3.1/2 size apartment located in Verdun (3 stations away from Lionel Groux station.)The rent is $570. Furnished. Kitchen + Bathroom + Bedroom + Balcony.It includes hot water, electricity, and internet utilities. Yes Internet is included! This place is a gem in terms of location.1 minute walking distance away from the convenience store.2 minutes walking distance from the supermarket. (No need for a bike or a car!)5 minutes walking distance from the main street Wellington - restaurants, pharmacies, and chain restaurant Subway as well as other restaurants.Approximately 15 minutes away from Concordia University, about 20 minutes from McGill University by metro.  The only downside is that it has two paint peels on the ceiling from the moisture from the neighbour abovehowever it is not in anyway deterimental it's a purely aesthetic inconvenienceand it can be redone with the help of the landlord.If you are interested reach out to me and I will arrange a lease transfer with the landlord. You can move in as early as the 1st of September. Alternatively, if you have a friend or a relative that may be interested feel free to share this post with them. Important Update. Thank you for your interest and your patience in waiting for the response.
