The Employee Relations Representative will provide employee relations support to current field employees and client. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build positive working relationships with all field employees. Encourage employees to develop skill sets. Build positive working relationship with client. Address, investigate and resolve employee relations. Work with client to address employee relations matters. Provide counsel to client and employees on performance improvement plans. Understand client’s staffing needs. Follow and ensure compliance with all Volt and client policies and procedures are being carried out. Assist in any event coordination. Conduct all on boarding processes including Orientations, Payroll and Benefits. Manage and Conduct Performance Review Process. Ability to arrive to work at a specified time.
