Vous habiterez sur les lieux dans un logement de deux chambres à coucher (4 pièces ½) qui vous sera attribué à un prix réduit. Vous assurerez une présence dans l’immeuble de 17 h à 9h, sept jours par semaine, une semaine sur deux en alternance avec une autre personne. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in maintaining agenda for the Research Centre;
  • Provide clerical support to researchers, staff, support personnel, and students;
  • General organizing, archiving and office maintenance;

General facilities;

Supplies and services

  • Ensure that all office and kitchen supply inventory levels are maintained adequately;
  • Prepare and send purchase order requisitions for supplies and services using the Hospital’s purchasing software application (Logibec);

Support

  • Manage reception (phone calls, emails, mail, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager; 
  • Provide receptionist services for the Research Centre;
  • Organize meetings, including phone conference and Skype;
  • Obtain articles from library, online journals, PubMed, and other sources
  • Assist in organizing bi-weekly seminars in collaboration with designated seminar lead;
  • Update and maintain paper and electronic filing systems;
  • Maintain research account files;
  • Reserve meeting rooms;
  • Assist with the planning of social events;
  • Provide development support to other secretaries, where needed, and as appropriate;
  • Participate in regular team meetings of administrative staff;
