Looking for a 4th roommate for July 1st 2025, 12 month lease. 4 bed 2 bathroom unit. Rent is $700 a month, room for rent is pictured. All utilities and appliances included in rent, and in unit laundry (free). Unit is located a 10 minute walk from Jolicoeur metro stop (green line) and then a 10-15 minute metro to SGW. Room comes with bed frame, mattress, and closet. We are 3 19 year old engineering students.
