I am subletting my room from June 1st to August 31st. The room has an attached balcony overlooking a park. It gets great natural light during the day. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Concordia University’s SGW campus. It is a short walk from the orange and green line. There are multiple affordable grocery stores nearby.
