Sublet Room in NDG

Hello! I am looking to sublet a room in a 3 bed, 1 bath apartment in NDG. Currently, Dane (3rd year Concordia Biology student) and Martin (2nd year Concordia Aerospace Engineering student) live in the apartment. The room for rent is the master bedroom furnished with a full bed, desk, and dresser (see pictures). There is plenty of space for storage in the cabinetry in the wall. The washer and dryer are also found in the room. The apartment itself is very spacious with a great kitchen and living area. It is a 15 minute walk from the Concordia Loyola campus. It is also about a 5 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. The rent is 790/mo + utilities which are usually about $50 per person per month.
