Two rooms available near campus!

I am looking for two roomates to share my three-bedroom, two-story Little Burgundy Apartment. It is ~5mins walk from the Lionel-Groulx metro station, two stops away from Concordia’s downtown campus. One room is a large room on the main floor of the apartment for $610 and the other is a very large room on the second floor with a closet for 710. The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to two balconies and a backyard! My lease starts on November 15 and I am looking urgently for people to add their name from the start, but move-in date can be flexible after that. I am a second-year undergrad student from Ontario, studying Urban Planning. I spend most of my time during the week on campus, but enjoy exploring inside and outside of the city on weekends!
