We will go over how to calculate your rent increase, refusing your rent increase and how to negotiate with your landlord. Keep in mind you must respond to the notice of rent increase within 30 days of its receipt. If you do not answer within the 30 days, the rent increase is deemed to be accepted. Come see us before its too late!
