Looking to sublet our 2 bedroom apartment. The start of the sublet will be March 1st. Our lease ends July 1st but you can choose to renew it if you’d like.

There are two big bedrooms, a large kitchen with fridge and stove included, washer and dryer in the apartment. This is a ground floor/basement apartment but has big windows and lots of light in the daytime. The 427 Express bus stop is across the street and goes directly to Concordia. There is a Metro grocery store on Mont Royal Street 2 blocks away, also Maxi Masson is about a 10 minute walk. Mont Royal Street has tons of restaurants and shops easily accessible.
