Montreal Apartment Sublet

Hey! I’m studying abroad next semester and am looking for a subletter from June/July to January for my bedroom in a cute 3 beds, 2 baths, apartment in Milton Park. It’s in a nice location, overlooking Mount Royal, a less than five minute walk to Jean Mance Park, and close to other fun spots like Cafe Santropol, Barbosa, Schwartz, and plenty of vintage stores and cafes. Our apartment gets a lot of natural light and is close to Metro and Provigo and Jean Coutu. There’s an elevator and stairs in the building, plus in unit laundry and good heating for the winter. Rent is $850 plus $20 for WiFi. Please let me know if you or a friend would be interested!
