There’s plenty of room for your things, and I’ll be gradually working on refurnishing and making the shared spaces feel more complete over the next few months. That said, the apartment is already very functional and comfortable — there’s a place to sit and hang out, a TV setup, and a fully stocked kitchen, among other things. The bedroom is medium-sized, cozy and bright, with a good-sized closet. The office/studio is a separate room that would be entirely yours, with direct access to the back balcony. It would be a great setup for someone who works from home, studies, makes art, or just wants some additional dedicated space.
